Refurbish my computer – Basic:

Is your computer running slow? Do you get Blue Screens coming up every now and then? We suggest a refurbishment of your computer.Instead of just trying to clean up the existing installation, this involves taking your computer away for a couple of days, performing a full backup of the hard drive, and then reinstalling the operating system, all drivers and basic programs, as well as recovering your old emails, all your old files and anything else you need. We will also install up to 3 additional programs and up to 3 peripherals.

Refurbish my computer – Advanced:

As well as covering all the basic refurbishment items, we will also run a set of diagnostic checks on your hard drive, memory, CPU and other motherboard items to test for possible hardware problems. The advanced refurbishment also covers installation of any hardware that you might need following the discovery of a hardware problem (hardware sold separately)
